The Wealshire is a family oriented assisted living facility that is recognized for providing the best dementia/Alzheimer’s care in the Twin Cities. We are currently looking to employ a Director of Life Enrichment at our Medina location to join our professional team of care providers. This position leads our unique team of Life Enrichment professionals in providing ongoing activities for our residents, designing programs to benefit their physical, mental and psychosocial well-being.
The Wealshire believes in investing in our employees, benefits to include:
Salary starting $58,000-$63,000 annually, based on experience

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years Managerial experience
Experience scheduling and managing a team of activities professionals
Experience coordinating and executing activities, especially in a memory care environment.
Professional certification preferred
