We are currently looking for a Part Time Receptionist at our Medina Community.
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for providing a positive, welcoming environment to visitors, families, professionals and potential residents. The responsibilities include general office administration, receptionist duties and customer service performed in a professional, efficient manner.
Hours: 44 hours per pay period (bi-weekly). Hours are between: 4:00pm - 8:00pm weekdays and 9:00am - 6:00pm every other weekend. Must be able to work every other weekend and every other holiday. .
Pay: $20-$25 per hour predicated on experience
Essential Duties:
Answer and forward incoming calls to appropriate personnel in a polite manner.
Receive guests and others in a courteous, polite and warm manner.
Monitor all incoming public traffic
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
