The Wealshire, dementia/Alzheimer’s care facility, is looking to employ a FT experienced Certified Dietary Manager at their Medina care Facility. It is required that applicants must have the CDM, CFPP credential.
Job Summary:
The Dietary Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day dietary operations of the kitchen, staff and the serving of 70+ residents. Applicant must enjoy being a proficient cook, and be experienced with specialized diets, food ordering, kitchen sanitation, state inspections and be able to adhere to the established monthly budgets. The Wealshire is known for providing the highest compensation to qualified staff and managers.
