Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are currently looking to employ Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for our Bloomington Community and Medina Community. Best hourly pay and employee benefits in the Twin Cities!

 

Base Wage: $18 - $22, predicated on experience

  • PM & NOC shifts will receive a $1.00 shift differential pay

 

Different Shifts: Must be able to work every other weekend and every other holiday rotation

  • AM Shift – (5:45 am – 2 pm)
  • PM Shift – (1:45 pm – 10 pm)
  • NOC Shift – (9:45 pm – 6 am)

Duties to include:

  • Routinely perform basic Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s)
  • Monitoring of resident’s conditional changes & reporting of same to the LPN
  • Serving of meals, assist in feedings and specialized diets
  • Transferring and lifting of residents/accommodating mobility status

CNA Requirements:

  • Must be in good standing and active on the MN Nursing Assistant Registry
  • Must be able to work every other weekend and every other holiday rotation
  • Must read, write and speak fluent English
